MHKDesigner Inspiration- Shawna

Hello Friends,

For today I have an inspiration card using your MHKDesigns digital stamps and papers. MHKDesigns makes it easy to create fantastic, elegant cards. Case in point, here is my card for today, enjoy!

I usually never introduce so many elements to my card, but in this case, I thought it was justified because of its feminine feel (or maybe, just maybe, shabby chic?) 😲.

I have always been inspired by Mynn Kitchen's digital work.
Especially now that she has been incorporating digital watercolor in her designs.
You can see the top left corner of the card has some digital watercolor too.
Fantastic effect and surely will be using this technique more times in the future.

I fussy cut the flower and puffed up the petals for dimension.
I added it back to the front panel along with the leaves, ribbon, and dots.

MHK Designer Inspiration - Rocky

     Welcome to my designer inspiration for this month, it's using one of the fab new sets released this month - Sit A Bit - which you can find in our Etsy shop.
     I used my photo package to copy the chair three times on to a layer of Country Farm backing paper and then wrote the greeting to go with it, changing the font for the word chair.
    Using a blue paper makes this an ideal masculine card, but you could just as easily print it on a different colour and change the Birthday for another occasion.

After using Photoshop to create my card panels, I added some shine with a few rhinestones. I chose to back my focal panel on a card base made with paper from the Rosy Posy paper pack. I love the bright colors! This set is perfect for any "thinking of you" project! What do you think?! I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments below! :)

MHKDesigner Inspiration: Judy

Hello there!

It's Judy here sharing a little inspiration.

I had someone ask me if I had any

pet sympathy cards and I had to say no.

So I decided I would create one and

there is a set from MHKDesigns that works great

for such a creation.

Fur & Paws 

I printed the image and only colored the collar with a marker.

I fussy cut and popped with foam tape on die cut ovals.

I used some paw print paper for the background

and used some coordinating solid card stocks.

The sentiment is from

Pretty Petunias.

Good morning, friends! Welcome to another month of MHKDesigner Inspiration blog posts. Every month our Design Team will showcase a project featuring products available in the MHKDesigns Etsy Store.

I'm kicking off our June series with a card featuring a digi from MHKD's latest release set called Fabulous Flowers. It's already available for purchase in MHKD's Etsy store.

This card is just perfect for all your fabulous girlfriends. They are easy to make and a delight to receive. I coloured the image with alcohol markers and gave the flowers some extra shine. And to finish - sequins and pearls... oh so girly!

June Challenge

Hi, friends!  Happy June!  Before we get started with this month's challenge, I wanted to remind your that June is a release month!  Our posts for the release will always be on the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and 25th on release months (February, April, June, August, and October), and I hope to be able to share a video like this each month!

Our challenge runs from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month.
