MHKDesigner Inspiration: Asha

Welcome to another month of MHKDesigner Inspiration blog posts. Every month our Design Team will showcase a project featuring products available in the MHKDesigns Etsy Store.

I'm kicking off our March series with this card using an image from Various Vehicles and a sentiment from Wonderful Wreath digi stamp sets. The patterned papers are from Easter Flowers and Serene Seaside digi paper pack. On this card I've pulled in Easter, Christmas, masculine and summer elements to create a card that will work anytime of the year. Now that's what I call versatile digis.

March Challenge

Hi, friends!  Happy March!  Before we get started with this month's challenge, I wanted to thank everyone who participated in last month's release!  I appreciate your support, and the winners were announced yesterday, so make sure to check and see if you are one of them!

Our challenge runs from the 1st of the month until the last day of the month. Each month we will always have a photo inspiration so that anyone can play along, but if you use products from the MHKDesigns store, you can link up ANYTHING!  If you didn't catch it, yesterday I gave away a FREEBIE card front that you can use to play along this month, as well!

February Freebie!

Hello, all!  Well, February is coming to a close, but that means that TOMORROW we have a brand new challenge for you all!  And, since we are starting a new challenge, I have another freebie panel for you all!  This one uses the darling Bunny Love digital stamp set!  Take a peek at the panel...

The print size of this panel is 3.75" x 5". There are just 3 rules about this, and future, freebie panels: 1) You may not sell any cards you make using this panel. 2) You may use this panel to enter the March 2017 MHKDesigns challenge only.  Entries in future challenges using this panel will be deleted. 3) You may NOT alter the panel in any way, including recoloring or cropping digitally.  This includes cropping the panel so that you may use the sentiment on other projects.  I'm hoping the honor system will work with these freebies so that I can continue to share them with you all!

MHKDesigner Inspiration ~ Asmah

Hello everyone and big welcome to my second Designer Inspiration
for MHKDesigns digital stamps and papers.
I designed a less is more card which I hope will inspire you to create your card too.

I combined two digital stamp sets to create this card. The sentiment is from Rosy Elements stamp set and the beautiful blossom is from Get Well Soon stamp set.

February Release: Rosy Elements + Rosy Posy Papers

Hello, friends!  Welcome to the February 2017 Release for the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop!  I have 5 fabulous sets to share this month, along with one paper pack.  I just know you will LOVE all the creations that my team and I have to share, as well!  Today's set is called...

Rosy Elements

And the coordinating paper pack is called Rosy Posy!

And here is my card set~

I created a border with different flowers and leaves from this set, then added the sentiments where they looked best.  I decided to color them all with a different color flower, and I did a spin on the "red, yellow, blue" primary color thing, swapping red for coral.  A few enamel dots, some baker's twine, and matching buttons, along with some faux stitching, finished off this CAS card trio!
