MHKDesigner Inspiration: Julie

Hello, and happy hump day, my crafty friends.  It's Julie with you today from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers.   My husband and I have a new puppy, so my thoughts seem to be quickly turning towards dog-themed cards these days.  Here's one I recently created:

I used 2 MHKDesigns digital stamp sets to make this simple card, and one MHKDesigns digital paper.  I started with the I've Been Framed digital stamp set, then nestled a sentiment from the Fur & Paws Digital Stamp Set inside the frame.  The paw print designer paper is from the Pawsitively Purrfect Digital Paper Pack.

MHKDesigner Inspiration: Lilian

Hello, Dear Friends!

It's Lilian here today! It's my turn to share a card...here's my card, using Fur & Paws:

I went with a CAS (clean and simple) masculine card this time...I printed the image and sentiment, colored with Copic markers, added washi tapes and voila'! Super easy!

MHKD Designer Inspiration: Asha

Hello, friends! It's my turn to show and tell over at MHKDesigns Blog. This fun little number features an image and sentiment from Fur & Paws which was released in August 2015. It is still one of my favourite sets. You can find it over at MHKDesigns' Etsy Store.

I made a masculine card with a travel theme using contrasting patterns - stripes,  polkadots, plaid, craft calendar - and a faithful doggie looking forward to meeting up with his best bud. Minimal embellishments - some twine and a die cut hearts and the card is done.

There you have it! A simple card with a masculine twist that will appeal to dog lovers. Come back soon for more inspiration from the rest of the design team. And don't forget to join in our MHKD April / May Challenge.
