Hello friends!

It's Designer Jessica here to share my May Inspiration!

I chose to work with a Stamp Set called "Birds & Branches".  I just love this set!  It is so versatile and lovely.  I printed off the digital stamps and watercolored.  

Here is what I created:

All I added from my stash were the buttons and some ribbon.  I used a bit of shimmer spray as well.  I hope you LOVE this card as much as I do!

Hi Crafty Peeps,

This is Sathya with today's DT inspiration using 3 different digi stampsets.

The wild rose floral image from Easter blessings and Sentiment is from Birds and branches set are printed on to drawing cardstock (250 gsm). Then i colored them using Faber-castell bicolor pencils.

The butterflies (oh yeah, my all time fave) are from Butterfly wisdom set is printed, colored and fussy cut and mounted using foam adhesives.

Peach colored satin ribbon are added near sentiment with few peach pearls added as accents.

Simple coloring, minimal embellies ...matted the card panel on to black cardstock and then on the peach A2 cardbase to finish off the card.

MHKDesigner Inspiration: Lilian

Hello, MHKDesign Friends!

It's Lilian here today! I'm sharing a card, using Birds & Branches stamp set:

I'm also using Egg-cellent Easter patterned paper for the background.
I colored the image with alcohol-based markers, and added a mat.
I added die cuts, ribbon, rolled roses with glitter, then the sentiment (with inked edges).

Radiant Bird

Hi, all!  I'm back today with some inspiration using products from the MHKDesigns store--and I went bright today!  I have been in a bright color mood recently, so I hope you like my offering today.  Take a peek...

This image is from the Birds & Branches digital stamp set from the MHKDesigns Etsy Shop.  I watercolored the image, and then   The sentiment is from the Mum's the Word digital stamp set and it was printed on vellum and then added to the image.

The card base was prepped with some paper from the Radiant Rainbows paper pack, a doily, and some ribbon.  I think the bold colors are super fun, and work well with the colors I used on the image!  I hope you like my creation, too!  Please leave me a comment below to let me know your thoughts!

MHK Designer Inspiration: Jessica

Hey crafty friends!

I'm so excited to be here to share a card I made using the Birds & Branches Digital Stamp!  I just love, love, love this set.  It's so elegant and versatile.  I also used a digital paper from the shop called "Worn & Weathered". I printed it out on Glossy paper and inked up the edges a bit - sooo pretty!

Here is my creation:

I used markers to color the image and added some wooden embellishments.  I hope you enjoy this card and be sure to check out our monthly challenge!  Hope to see your creations there!

Hello, Crafty Friends!

Lilian here today to share a card...

Easter is almost here, so here it is:

 Detail:

I used Easter Blessings (frame, sentiment and flower) and Birds & Branches (bird) Digital stamp sets. 

I colored the images using alcohol-based markers and added some glitter to the flower's center.

Other supplies: washi tapes, silver gel pen, metallic embroidery floss, patterned paper, colored cardstock and border punch.

MHKD Designer Inspiration: Asha

Good morning, friends. Asha here and it's my turn to share with you a card featuring this gorgeous image from MHKDesigns' February Release set called "Birds & Branches". This set is now available for purchase in MHKDesigns' Etsy Store.

For my card, I'm using the image of an olive branch. I flipped a second image to face each other. Then I placed the Scripture verse between the branches. With a simple sketch I am able to keep the focus on the image. By lightly inking the edges with distress ink and finishing the card with some bling and a thin ribbon tied in a simple knot, the olive branches take centerstage.

Here's a closer look at the image, coloured with pencils. Some glossy accents on the olives add texture and shine.
