Welcome back to another design team introduction today at MHKDesigns!  I have been SO blessed to work with these amazing gals, and I am incredibly excited to get to introduce you to our next DT gal--Shawna from The Grand Stampede!  Take it away, Shawna!

"Hello all, I am Shawna Standish a 40 year old mother of two living nicely in my little nook of Michigan, USA. I am so excited to be designing here with MHK Designs. 

I have been creating cards for about three years. It all started when I was faced with the possibility of becoming blind. It was not until then I started looking at color and objects with new vigor, soaking up everything knowing I might not see in the future. Fortunately I am fine and I live to see another day. My crafting however, lead into an unstoppable obsession. I wanted to share my art with others. It was then I decided to start my blog, TheGrandStampede. 

I hope you will get the chance to see us at MHK Designs. I am so excited to start designing with these fantastic stamp sets. Mynn and her team are very talented and am honored to be here at MHK Designs."

Design Team Member Introductions: Sathya

Welcome back to another design team introduction today at MHKDesigns!  I have been SO blessed to work with these amazing gals, and I am incredibly excited to get to introduce you to our next DT gal--Sathya from Paperie Expressions!  Take it away, Sathya!

"I am an Mphil Toxicologist. I have been creative from my childhood and this drove me here to blogland and the crafting world.

I was looking around for an opportunity to satiate my artistic and creative appetite and I stumbled upon an art called Quilling.  From that, there was no looking back.

I started blogging from 2011 for the sheer love of paper and the way it transforms with the mind and soul through it. I have a love for the pastels and soothing tones much reflect in my works and am still exploring the medias and techniques."

And am waiting for my UK Quilling Accreditation this year :)

Design Team Member Introductions: NanaConnie

Welcome back to another design team introduction today at MHKDesigns!  I have been SO blessed to work with these amazing gals, and I am incredibly excited to get to introduce you to our next DT gal -- NanaConnie from Grammy's Attic!  Take it away, NC!

"Greetings!  I'm NanaConnie (usually reduced to NC for ease of typing.)   I've been crafting since childhood and have been doing paper crafts for about 10 years, card making specifically for the last 5.  If I have a "favorite style," I'm not aware of it yet.  I'm working on CAS to try to perfect it, but I also like vintage with laces and flowers and bling.  Mostly, I like styles that really showcase the images, whatever style those might be.

I'm widowed, but I have lots of family: grown children, mostly teenage grandchildren, and even two young great-grands.  I currently live in California.  When I'm not crafting, I volunteer with several different organizations, do fundraising for non-profit organizations, and spend lots of time with family.

I love MHK Designs images and am so looking forward to working with this fantastic group of crafty ladies."

     Here's a card I did just for today.  :-D  I used an image and a sentiment from the Blossoming set.

"Hi! I’m Michele Henderson and I live in sunny Alabama with my husband Aaron and our four feline sons! 

I have been crafting my entire life, but have been specializing in card design since starting my blog a few years ago. You can find my designs at Crimson Owl Creations! I love working with paper and color, and my style is sort of freestyle collage and minimal realism.

Welcome back to another design team introduction today at MHKDesigns!  I have been SO blessed to work with these amazing gals, and I am incredibly excited to get to introduce you to our next DT gal--Jessica from Fresh By Jess!  Take it away, Jessica!

"I have been a “crafter” for most of my life (always loving arts, drama, creating), but found rubber stamping in 2006.  That is when I really dove into the world of paper crafting.  Oh the supplies, the PAPER, the STAMPS –oh my!!!  I am a clean and simple style crafter – abstract can be a challenge for me!  I like things neat and tidy – even when doing vintage cards!  I love retro-everything (think 1950’s era!) – I even decorate my home with a nostalgic flair! I love trying new techniques and am always looking to expand my style.

Using Holiday Deer.

I am a homemaker, wife and mother of 2 active daughters. They love to craft with me! I love cooking, baking & creating in the kitchen and love collecting cookbooks. On the side, I also teach Zumba Fitness classes for fun (and to work off those treats I like to bake in the kitchen!).   I live in Saskatchewan, Canada – the big white North!!!  Summers are amazing here – and the winters, well although beautiful, can be quite cold.  However, this leaves me more time to snuggle in my craft space and create!

I’m so excited for this year-long adventure with MHKDesigns Team!!!"

"My name is Alicia Falu Hill and I live in GA with my hubby and son and three cats and one Chihuahua. I started card making and paper craft a decade ago, and making my own cards is my passion. 

I love to draw and color with alcohol pens. I love spending as much time as I can in my craft room, getting inspire and creating cards/paper crafting. 

When  I'm not crafting,  I spend time  with  friend  and family. I love the outdoors, hiking and  I go to  all  state park  every summer . I’m so exciting to joining this DT!"

 "I live in the East of England with my family. I've always been a keen crafter who loves to work with paper and card and I'm lucky enough to teach workshops and demonstrate in local craft shops.
